This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short distance from Old Orchard Beach and only 2 km from popular attractions like Niagara Falls Golf Club. Great and perfect location; close to popular places.

Comfy beds and helpful staff. Property is under heavy construction and messy.

The hotel offered excellent value with friendly staff providing outstanding service. the location was ideal, conveniently situated near the bus line we utilized for our travel the following morning.

the units were pet-friendly with microwave and fridge. the location is unbeatable, the check in is early. there is a small restaurant relatively near hotel.

The staff was very pleasant - we would definitely book here again. All in all everything was great, had a great stay for simple quick business trip. Thoroughly enjoyed the neat standard king room for soap and the way it was setup. The hotel's location was unbeatable, really close to a restaurant, Old Orchard Beach than in Portsmouth and NH beaches and Portsmouth. We saw Niagara Golf Trail, that's at a short distance from the venue.

The hotel's location is fantastic, conveniently close to downtown, the restaurant 360, and the nearby outlet stores. It’s just a short 10-15 minute walk to Waves Indoor Waterpark. the room was a decent size, pet-friendly, and having a microwave and fridge made my stay even more enjoyable.

Good location relative to downtown and to the rest of the town. Great access to the major thoroughfares.

Right next to the highway and you hear the truck traffic throughout the night. But, this would not keep me from returning or recommending.

Pool and jacuzzi were nice options. Room was OK, nothing special.

Mattress wasn't comfortable for a sore back.

This place has a great location in the heart of the area. Plus, the breakfasts are a treat with freshly made waffles! 🥞.

The location and the amenities.

The bed was extememly uncomfortable, causing a restless night's sleep. They have remodeled the rooms and they are very nicely appointed, but they should have also changed out the beds and pillows.

The room we had was bright and fairly quiet, and complete with soap and the bathroom, as for instance. The location was great, not far from Portsmouth nh, Hampton Beach, and the nearest outlet on the wall, in a great area. Also, a ten - plus acre waterfront park was 2 miles away from the hotel.

This hotel is clean and practical, offering all the essential amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Smoking room requested on reservation, but was not so reserved by the hotel. Luckily, they were able to change this at check-in. Even though I smoke, the room smelled too heavily of smoke when we entered. They need to air out and spray with Fabreeze, or the like, between guests.
